Debtor Asset Control Team

ESM has a dedicated and skilled team of human resources equipped to take control over the operations and assets of the Corporate Debtor, ensuring the protection and continuity of the business. This team follows a structured approach to maintain control and safeguard assets throughout the insolvency process. The team ensures that assets are well-documented, secured, and protected while overseeing day-to-day operations to keep the Corporate Debtor running as a going concern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Location & Asset Identification: Visit key business locations to identify and document assets.

  • Inventory Creation: Create a detailed inventory of assets with visual records (photos and videos).

  • Security Deployment: Position security guards at key entry/exit points to safeguard assets.

  • Operational Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain business continuity.

  • Support for Liquidation and Bankruptcy: Extend similar services for individual insolvency resolution and liquidation processes.
