ESM possesses a substantial and highly trained team of human resources, experienced in assuming both physical and virtual control of the operations and assets of the Corporate Debtor from the existing Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs). This team is equipped to maintain operational continuity and safeguard the assets and business interests of the Corporate Debtor. The following process is typically undertaken by ESM’s team to ensure effective and timely control over the Corporate Debtor:

• Conduct visits to all or key business locations and asset sites of the Corporate Debtor to identify and assess the relevant properties and assets;
• Prepare a comprehensive inventory of the Corporate Debtor’s assets and operations, including photographic and video documentation, for record-keeping and submission to the Committee of Creditors;
• Deploy security personnel at critical entry and exit points to safeguard the assets and to prevent any unauthorized or fraudulent removal of the Corporate Debtor’s property;
• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Debtor, undertaking all necessary actions to ensure the Corporate Debtor remains a going concern.

These services are likewise rendered to Insolvency Professionals affiliated with ESM when appointed as Liquidators in any matter. Similar support is also extended during the Insolvency Resolution Process and Bankruptcy Proceedings relating to individuals, sole proprietorships, and partnership firms.
