During the conduct of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation Process, there may arise circumstances wherein Insolvency Professionals require immediate deployment of personnel at the business premises of the Corporate Debtor. ESM has established a fully functional department dedicated to the recruitment, deployment, and appraisal of human resources, maintaining a robust database of industry experts and retired banking professionals who may be assigned to monitor and manage cash flows and operations at the Corporate Debtor’s establishment.

Additionally, ESM maintains an in-house Information Technology department responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of hardware and software infrastructure. This department also manages the uploading and timely filing of requisite documents on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) portal as well as on the official website of the Corporate Debtor, as required under applicable regulations.

To facilitate virtual communication and compliance with procedural requirements, ESM has made comprehensive in-house arrangements for advanced video conferencing, capable of hosting over ten participants concurrently with real-time document and screen sharing capabilities. The infrastructure also includes facilities for video recording of proceedings, particularly meetings of the Committee of Creditors or Stakeholders.

All such support services are made available to Insolvency Professionals who are partners of the Insolvency Professional Entity, ESM, in aid of their efficient and compliant discharge of responsibilities under the Code.
